Do you do regular house cleaning as well as one-off cleans?
Yes. Weekly, every other week or monthly for homes, alongside move-outs, short-term rental turnovers, offices and post-construction work. Most homes get a deep clean on the first visit, then a standard clean after that.
Do you charge sales tax?
One-off cleans are subject to New York sales tax. Ongoing cleaning under a written agreement of thirty days or more generally is not, so a regular schedule often works out cheaper than booking job by job. We will set out the scope and term in writing either way.
How much does a cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the space, the condition it is in, and how often we come. That is why we quote each job instead of publishing a rate that would be wrong for most people. Send us the details and we will come back to you quickly, with no obligation attached to it.
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of our clients are at work when we come. You can leave a key, a code, or arrange access however you are comfortable, and we confirm the details in writing before the first visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything. Products, equipment, cloths, all of it. If you would rather we use something specific of yours, whether that is a floor product or a scent-free option, just tell us and we will.
Are your products safe around kids and pets?
Our default products are low-tox and family and pet safe, so nobody has to clear out of the house while we work. For commercial jobs or anything needing stronger disinfection, we carry commercial-grade options and will flag it with you first.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it, at no cost. We would rather spend an extra hour fixing something than lose a client over it.
How far do you travel?
We work in Syracuse and the surrounding towns, so we can hit tight windows without a long drive. Send your address with your quote request and we will tell you straight away whether you are in range.
Can I change or cancel a scheduled clean?
Yes. Give us 24 hours notice where you can and there is no charge. If something comes up last minute, tell us anyway and we will work it out.
